No, you do not have to be home. You may leave a key in a secure area we will send you a text alert to let you know we have arrived and we can leave the key in that secure area we also send a text alert letting you know we are leaving. Apartments would need to communicate with your leasing office to give Goldstar Maids permission to enter before appointment date. Please consider leasing office hrs to ensure a smooth appointment and a void any unnecessary calls . ** We will also need any door, gate or alarm codes needed to enter and secure your residence.

Yes we provide 100% guarantee we will come out with in 24 hrs of cleaning to correct or clean anything you feel needs attention. as we say our jobs are never complete till you are satisfied .

1. We as part of any cleaning make your beds please leave clean sheets out or in dryer. 2. Please leave a note on any clothing left out as we would need to know if it needs to stay where it is or if it's dirty or clean. 3. Bathrooms are usually a bit challenging we would need to know if you would like us to lightly organize or clean and leave items where they are. 4. Trash bags are not supplied by Goldstar Maids so it helps to have them where the maid can locate them. 5. And last but not least relax Our goal is to give you a quality stress free appointment

Our pricing goes generally by square feet we also have flat fees on basic keep ups. Ask about our basic plus on weekly cleans which includes a deep clean on every cleaning free on any size.

1. We are always ready to help we suggest you call us slots may very. 2. We are a fairly new business and would love to service every one but for right now we are asking for a 1-2 day in advance call to schedule .

No worries you may call one hour before appointment is scheduled. Also as long as the maid is not in rout or at location of service we will send you a screenshot of GPS route in progress and or a screenshot of your address if he or she has arrived a fee of $15 will be charged but again no worries if this occurs we look at frequency of cancellations and will waive any charges if applicable

Goldstar Maids are pet friendly and we take your pet's safety very seriously we will leave that up to you we will do our part please note on appointment set up the number of your pets and notes on anything we need to know
